Due to BT and their lovely digital switchover, we have been the victims of a “Network Fault”, with this great advancement in technology, it has left us unable to use our Digitally connected phone, alas the old style lines are no more. After many frustrating phone calls we had managed to secure an Engineer visit for Tuesday 4th November. He never showed and we were told there was nothing wrong with our broadband. We knew that. Phone line, broadband. Yep they certainly sound alike.

After more hours long calls, the fault is partly resolved, we can now call out again. We can also receive landline calls. However some mobiles are still unable to get through to us, primarily on the 3 and Vodafone networks. They have apologised about the fault that they have know about since early October. But it remains unfixed.

I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by BT Groups utter failure to solve the problem. The 21st Century seems to keep producing better idiots. Prove me wrong, maybe I am.
